Selected content will be shared on quaintrevolt.com and our growing social media platforms. Please review the guidelines below and include your type of submission in the email's SUBJECT LINE. Properly submitted work will be notified of the status within 7 days.
Quaint Revolt accepts themed submissions monthly.
If you want to increase your chances of being selected for a feature, you should submit your editorial no sooner than two weeks before the deadline.
An embargo will be placed upon (SERIES ONLY ) content accepted for features until after Quaint Revolt feature.
Do not submit WeTransfers links. Please send the files in a PDF or JPG format for consideration, with crew + wardrobe credits and Instagram handles.
Contact Sheets highly preferred
Files for publication on the website must be low res at 72dpi, 2000 pixels on the longest side.
If submitted images do not meet our specifications, you agree to give Quaint Revolt the right to crop, photoshop or adapt the images to fit our specifications.
Include the team credits, model’s name and agency with your submission on a separate word document or readable PDF. Do not send credits as an image. Please make sure everyone’s name is spelled correctly.
When submitting wardrobe credits please be specific. We cannot distinguish “look 1” from “look 5” and so it’s best to include a visual example of each look to avoid confusion. Be as detailed with your wardrobe credits as possible (instead of just writing “shirt by designer” write “white linen shirt with red details by designer”).
You understand that Quaint Revolt offers no monetary compensation.
Please refrain from sending us photos where the models have not approved the use of their image in our magazine.
By submitting to QR you are indicating that you have read and understood these terms and conditions and agree to them. You understand that QR offers no monetary compensation, but as a contributor, you will receive direct links and tagging of images. Any expenses of your shoot are at your own risk. Upon acceptance of your work by QR, you give QR permission to use the content for any purpose in any media, which may include but is not limited to, promotion and advertising. It is agreed that none of your personal information will be made public. Content may be paired with other images, graphics, text, visual works, and may be cropped, modified, or altered.
